Born in Madrid in 1970, architect by the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and career civil servant in the corps of Architects of the Treasury since 2001. Between 2001 and 2006, he worked as a senior technician in the General Sub-Directorate of Coordination of Administrative Buildings, in the General Directorate of State Assets of the Ministry of Finance; and between 2006 and 2008 he was Head of the Assets Management Area of the Ministry of Public Administrations. In 2008, he was appointed Deputy Director General of Works of the Infrastructure and Equipment Management of the Ministry of Culture. In 2012 he held the post of Deputy Director General of Architecture and Building, in the Directorate General of Architecture, Housing and Land of the Ministry of Public Works. In 2018 he was appointed Director General of Architecture, Housing and Land, within the General Secretariat of Housing of the Ministry of Development. Since February 2020, he has been Director General of Housing and Land within the General Secretariat of the Urban Agenda and Housing of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda. Director of AENA, S.A. from October 2016 until November 2020, when he was appointed Director of International Development of AENA, S.A.
